Mirante’s Industrial Laser Scanner brings this: with the capacity to generate 1,000,000 (one million) points per second, the result is a three-dimensional, colorful point cloud with a wealth of detailed information.
The equipment has an active sensor that emits a beam of light that returns with the spatial position of the measured point.
This allows the exact information of the measured point to be recorded for each obstacle encountered.
All this information can then be modeled in the cloud, generating situational records (As-Built and As-Is), volumetric calculations, reverse engineering, equipment wear checks, assembly simulation, and more.
