{"id":3844,"date":"2015-07-24T07:00:50","date_gmt":"2015-07-24T07:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/themes.g5plus.net\/darna\/?p=486"},"modified":"2026-05-14T17:14:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T20:14:41","slug":"simulacao-virtual-de-montagem-laser-scanner-3d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miranteengenharia.com.br\/es\/simulacao-virtual-de-montagem-laser-scanner-3d\/","title":{"rendered":"Simula\u00e7\u00e3o virtual de montagem Laser Scanner 3D"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A necessidade do cliente neste projeto consistia na simula\u00e7\u00e3o virtual da montagem do novo sistema de frenagem sobre os rolos de cabos de a\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Como os rolos se situavam sobre uma ponte rolante a 20 metros de altura e haviam sofrido desgaste com o tempo, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o dessa simula\u00e7\u00e3o era avaliar se as pin\u00e7as de frenagem se adequariam perfeitamente aos discos.<\/p>\n<p>Para tanto, foi utilizado um Laser Scanner 3D com taxa de leitura de aproximadamente 1.000.000 pontos\/segundo para escaneamento de cada uma das pe\u00e7as separadamente. Em ambiente virtual espec\u00edfico, foi poss\u00edvel a simula\u00e7\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise de interfer\u00eancias.
